💧 Start with Hydration

This is the foundation. Water + a pinch of Kłodawa salt is your first line of defence the moment you feel an attack coming on. Many people with chronic migraines can sense when one is about to hit - that’s your cue to act fast.


What to do:

  • Place a small pinch of Kłodawska salt on your tongue and hold it for about 10 seconds.

  • Follow with a glass of water.
