Heart Rhythm Disorders - Also Known as Arrhythmias

Heart rhythm disorders, known as arrhythmias, affect many people. They occur due to disruptions in the electrical conduction system of the heart muscle, which can lead to extra beats - both supraventricular and ventricular -tachycardia, or even atrial fibrillation.

In conventional treatment, ablation is often used - this involves burning or freezing the part of the tissue that generates irregular impulses. However, before opting for this invasive step, it’s worth considering natural ways to support the heart. These methods have been proven effective in practice, are safe, and offer overall health benefits.

10 Steps to Natural Heart Support

  1. Coconut oil - 2-3 tablespoons, three times a day. A natural energy source that supports metabolism.

  2. TODA drops - support cardiovascular health.

  3. Visantol - a supplement that improves heart and vascular function.

  4. Sugar-free diet - eliminating sugar helps normalize heart rhythm.

  5. Vitamin B3 (niacin) - slow-release (not liposomal!), 100 mg three times a day or 500 mg at bedtime.

  6. VisanCor - supports the cardiovascular system.

  7. Coenzyme Q10 (liposomal) - 1 sachet daily supports energy production in heart muscle cells.

  8. Vitamin D3 - the metabolite 25(OH)D should be at 80-100 ng/ml for the first 2-3 months, then maintained at 50-70 ng/ml.

  9. Potassium - blood levels should be kept above 4 mmol/l.

  10. Magnesium - regular and intensive supplementation helps maintain a stable heart rhythm.

Try This Before Choosing a Procedure

Natural heart support can significantly improve well-being and cardiovascular function. Instead of immediately turning to invasive methods, it’s worth focusing on the basics: nutrition, supplementation, hydration, and lifestyle.
